_Stacking Machine

Rotary Multi Stacking Machine (Magazine)
Equipment that supplies +/- electrodes to the magazine, stacks them together with separation membranes, taps them on the side to discharge.

Main Features

• High-speed : Real stack time per sheet of electrode: 0.45-0.48 sec.
• Automation : Application of automatic align calibration technology
- Vision enables electrode alignment and defect inspection
- All raw material input/replacement/discharge automation are configurable (option)
• Smart Factory : Manual/Semi-Automatic/Fully Automatic : Possible to countermeasure according to the needs of customer
• Rationalization : Optimizing inefficiencies and minimizing visible management
• Electrode meandering prevention and automatic adjustment
- Electrode can be prevented from meandering and automatically adjusted
• Stacking Overhang : ± 0.6 mm
• PET Rewinder Option can be added/deleted according to the customer’s raw material specifications
